From the bayfront parkway, turn on to state st heading south;proceed to the corner of 8th & state. The office is in the highmark building on the northeast corner of 8th & state sts. Access the elevators via the entry on the north side. Onsite parking, including spaces for handicapped individuals is not available at this location. There is metered parking on the surrounding streets. Handicapped parking is available at area parking garages. Also, passengers can be dropped off in front of the building.
